Our stay was very nice. Communication and flexibility with George was excellent! We enjoyed sitting on the dock at night and in the morning for coffee. Based on the description, we thought it was going to be a 3 minute walk to town but it wasn’t.

What a beautiful, updated, old Florida home on a lovely canal just off the Intercoastal. As described in the listing, the home is flooded with light. It is very nicely appointed with all the conveniences of home. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood between the ocean and the Intercoastal, it’s a quick walk to the beach and gives the sense of remove from the scrum west of the Intercoastal. The location is a short drive from many terrific restaurants and just a mile from a Publix grocery on AIA. The host was wonderful to work with. A gem of a property.
