4-bedroom pool home in Pompano Beach
Spacious, 4 bedroom home with a new in-ground, heated, salt-water pool, (hurricane windows and doors, we guarantee you sound sleep)surrounded by a nicely landscaped and private yard. The house comes fully furnished with all needed appliances, dishes, silverware, washer and dryer, and includes linens and towels.
Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has 2 bunk beds (single over double & single over single), and has a full size bathroom with a tub. Bedroom #4 (master) is located on the other side of the house and includes a bathroom with a shower. The house can comfortably accommodate 11 people and is perfect for 2-3 families.
We offer pool heating December 1st. to April 1st. Pool is not heated during summer months.
Pool heating fee is $100 per week, $250 per month stay. Pool fee is not included in the VRBO quote and is going to be added to your booking if you are staying with us between December 1st and April 1st.
The house is located next to Pompano Beach Municipal Park, which offers a golf course, with over 5 miles of bike paths, a pool complex, tennis, basketball, baseball soccer, volleyball, kids play areas and an outdoor amphitheater. Shopping locations and restaurants are nearby. The beach is only 1.2 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family of 6! Great location, there's a green cafe across the street, a community park next door, and it's about a 25-minute walk to the beach- and approximately a 5-minute drive. The backyard was one of the best we've had in Vrbo rentals. Beautiful pool, plenty of lounge chairs, and a patio dining table. Elizabeth was very communicative. The only thing missing was a full-length mirror but that does not detract at all from our 5-star review!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
