**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Nice property in the heart of the Desert Color community. Walking distance to the pool and Lagoon. The neighbors were a bit noisy at night and could be heard through the walls. The condo is nice with on suite bathrooms in two of the rooms, a 3rd room with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds on the 3rd floor. Kitchen was solid, took a minute to figure out the range. We cooked burgers on them roof-top Traeger grill at night with the fire pit coffee table fired up. Would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in St. George.

I was travelling for business and this was way better and comparable in price to a hotel. Lovely and well maintained property and great amenities. Hope to bring the fam back for a proper vacation.
