From the breathtaking rooftop deck with comfortable seating to the fully equipped kitchen, this home is designed for gathering after days spent exploring. The kids will love the selection of games, including Spike Ball, Cornhole, and Kan Jam, while everyone can unwind in the beautifully decorated bedrooms or the fun third-floor bunk room. Be sure to save time to visit The Shores Resort, where you can enjoy the 2.5-acre lagoon with sandy beaches and the incredible resort-style pool!
**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

Great location to pool and the lagoon. It was nice except the flooring needed some spots fixed that I was afraid was going to catch my child’s foot. The process was great, Red Rock is always great to deal with.

This house isn't big enough to stay comfortably (we were a group of 11). The kitchen is too narrow and doesn't have enough pots and pans for a group of that size (making pasta was a real challenge). The spaces are divided, so there isn't a place big enough in the entire house where we could all interact together. Having beds for x number of people doesn't necessarily mean it's suitable for accommodating that many people.
