Welcome to Adventure in the Desert, a unique family-friendly rental in the heart of Desert Color Resort! This incredible rental offers 3 floors of fun, comfy beds, and great gathering spaces for your group to enjoy! From the fully equipped kitchen on the main level to the kid’s loft stacked with arcade games on the top level, there is truly something for everyone in the vacation home! Don’t forget to enjoy the roof-top deck where you can soak up the sunshine during the day, or gaze at the breathtaking stars at night!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa**, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

Great place. It’s a tall townhome with vaulted ceilings which is lovely but LOTS of steps. First floor with small living room and dining one bedroom, 1.5 baths. 2nd floor 2 great bedrooms and full baths. Top floor with small couch and bunk beds, great patio but it was super hot especially on that 3rd floor so we didn’t go up there much. Also, the BBQ is up on the 3rd floor deck - that would be a hike to try and BBQ something so far from the kitchen.Amazing bike paths toon but Gotta go EARLY in the day or it’s scorching hot. We had a nice stay.you

We had the opportunity to stay here over Thanksgiving and celebrate with family. We spent a lot of time playing pickleball and hanging out. Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to check out the pool but it looked like a lot of fun. We hope to stay at another property in the future. The mattress was a little firm for my liking but that is fine. The only issue seemed to be with the water pressure in the shower. Whenever it was turned to warm water the pressure got really low. If it was on cold water the pressure was fine.
