Located just 25 minutes North of Davenport in Deer Meadows on Lake Roosevelt, We are restoring the golf course property that has been closed for many years, come join us and share these spectacular views! Rooms are ready now and full restaurant and bar to open later in the year. Just min away from multiple boat launches and swimming holes.

Rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge were nice to have. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Particularly liked that each room was accessed by Ring entry for ease of check-in and check-out. The Maverick Pub that was attached had great beer, cider, seltzer, and wine options. Not to mention the deck was a great place to watch the sunset with your favorite beverage. Didn’t order the pizza but it smelled great. WiFi was a bit spotty.

Our good friend celebrated his 70th birthday and the hotel is very close to his residence. Beautiful view of Lake Roosevelt!!

The renovation of this property is a great addition for Lake Roosevelt. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The room we stayed in advertised as sleeps 3 and the other sleeps 4? Both rooms we booked slept 2 max.

Really glad to see a new owner refurbishing the property. It will be a nice quite getaway when the resort, restaurant, golf course are completed.
