About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment nestled in the hills of Kettle Falls with beautiful views of Lake Roosevelt, and where wildlife wander through regularly. Within five minutes of hiking, boating, and kayaking activities. Perfect base for hunting and fishing trips. One large bedroom with king-size bed and two twin beds. Laundry area includes shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, griddle, crockpot, InstaPot, air fryer, and hotplate. Please see ‘amenities’ for additional supplies. Small pets are welcome with a non-refundable deposit, and a fenced space will be completed shortly. There is a very large open park-like area with grass and trees, plenty of room for parking, and a quiet access road great for walks. This is a very peaceful area with no neighbors within hearing or view. Vehicles with all-wheel-drive will be needed if visiting in the winter. Plenty of space for boats or rv parking
Please note that while owners live on the property, this apartment is separate from the home and with enough distance to provide privacy. The apartment is part of a large building but with its own separate entrance. Owners have kenneled, well-behaved dogs

This property is located on beautiful acreage with many trees. It is very private. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. The beds are comfortable and there is air conditioning, which we appreciated because it was hot and smokey from a nearby wildfire.The cooking facilities are very limited. There is no range or cooktop. We used the old hot plate to boil water, but I would not try to cook a meal on it. There is a microwave that could be used to nuke prepared meals.The lighting in the living area was inadequate for reading. The remote location meant that cell service was marginal and there was no internet. A TV was available, but as far as we could tell, it could be used to play DVDs but it could not access any streaming services or over the air channels. We could not find any documentation or instructions for the apartment. It would be great to have a book with information about the location of supplies and equipment. An induction cooktop and a small countertop oven would be welcome additions.

It’s a hunters style apartment built onto a shop. Very functional & comfy, peaceful. Great location with views. Owners are not intrusive. Close to town but far enough away. Watch out for deer around dusk. I would definitely book it again.
