Whether you like to sit on the deck and read a book and watch the kids in the lazy river, soak in the hot tub, cook on the grill or easily walk from your back patio to the lazy river, you will love this condo!
For those times you want to watch television you will have a large flat screen television in each room.
The condo of course comes with free Cable TV and free WiFi high speed internet access.
If cooking is your thing the kitchen is fully equipped and you have your own private gas grill outside.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
The condo has a full size set of washer and dryer in a small Laundry room.
The master bedroom has top of the line mattress and linens, a flat screen television, large walk-in closet, a private bath with Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and separate shower. Full blackout drapes cover the sliding door and plantation shutters cover the side windows.
The queen bedroom has top of the line mattress and linens, flat screen television and large closet. Plantation shutters cover the windows.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed that has a full on top, queen on bottom and twin trundle. Windows are covered with plantation shutters. Bedroom has a flat screen television.
Living room has an upscale sleeper sofa, love seat and recliner. There is plenty of seating for watching television or just chatting with family and friends. Sliding door and side windows are covered with full blackout drapes.
There is plenty of room at the table or the bar for seating for all of your dine-in meals or you might choose to enjoy that grilled meal on the deck as you watch people floating by on the lazy river.
This condo is on the lanai level and offers the convenience of walking out your balcony door to the lazy river and amenities of Destin West Bayside. OR just relax with a cold beverage in your own private hot tub.
Destin West offers something for every guest. 700 Foot Lazy Lagoon River with inner tubes provided on site free of charge. Waterfall swimming pool, two huge hot tubs too. Guests in the Osprey Building also have access to an additional seasonally heated pool located directly below this property.
All Guest of Destin West will also have access to the newly built pier and marina great for fishing no license required!
The walkover bridge also puts you within a 10-15min walk of several local beach side restaurants, bars, Water sports rentals, and more. There is also a convenience store next door open 24 hrs a day in case you forgot something during your stay.
