Recently added a built in gas grill with a wraparound granite bar and sink. You will love sitting on the lower lanai level bar stools watching the family in the lazy river/pools, while grilling on the gas grill!
Spoil your family by spending your Florida vacation staying at Pelican L07. This condo is in a beautiful location just steps away from all the fun. Having a Lanai level condo makes accessing the pools, lazy river, and all other amenities very easy. The beautiful split-level patio gives a large outdoor space to enjoy the custom made Tiki bar, loungers, and table/chair set right outside the living room’s sliding glass door. The lower level has a gas grill to make a family meal while watching the family float around the lazy river.
The kitchen is stocked with everything to make a gourmet meal or just snacks for the day. You can enjoy eating at the bar, table, or outside on the patio. The living room has a large flat screen tv to enjoy while seated on the sofa or love seat. The sofa is also a queen sleeper for extra accommodations at night. The master bedroom has all the luxury you need after a day of fun in the sun. A king size bed with views of the lazy river and pools is great to wrap up the day. Also, there is an over sized chair to sit and enjoy quiet time. The chair in the master turns into a twin sleeper, which is convenient if you have a little one. The master bath is very spacious with a jetted tub, separate shower, and two sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and has private access to the hall bathroom. There is also an over sized chair/twin sofa bed in this room just in case you have a little one that needs to be close to you. The 3rd bedroom has a nautical theme that the kiddos will love. The bunk beds, full size on bottom and twin on top, will be a kid to teen’s favorite place to unwind after a long day having fun. All three bedrooms have flat screen tv’s for everyone’s personal enjoyment.
The 700-foot-long, 10-foot-wide, and 4-foot-deep lazy river with a man made current passing by right in front of your lanai level condo. You can watch the kiddos enjoying themselves as they pass. This Bayside Resort also has a Waterfall pool, Zero entry pool, and 2 large community hot tubs to have more fun. The beach side of the resort has one of the largest pools on the island and, also a partially shaded pool that you can use. The beach and emerald waters are also one of the many things to do at the Destin West Resort. The sky bridge connecting the bayside and gulf side areas of the resort is great for easy transitions from lazy river area to beach fun! No time to wait because Pelican L07 has it all, and just waiting for you to book your best vacation ever! This condo does come with access to the fitness center on property.

Perfect location and lots of places to sit on patio and watch kids in lazy river. Two things that needed maintenance were fixed quickly in the condo. Great stay!

The condo was in a great location on the bayside. As a family we debated which side of the road would be most desirable. Both have pros. We liked having the lazy river and bay so accessible. The skywalk over to the beach is a must. Otherwise crossing the busy street would be impossible. Waiting for the elevator was never a problem. We loved having a grill and the wagon was a lifesaver. Perfect size for our family of 6. Not sure we could have fit the rest of our crew (4) more without being on top of each other.

We love this condo and the location. This is our second time to stay here and it has never disappointed. The pool staff has gotten stricter over the course of two years. No cans are allowed near the pool and lazy river and the kids can’t have a water ball to throw back and forth, other than these things everything was wonderful!!! You’re right in the middle of soo much! We will be back!

Pretty disappointed in this property especially after the raving reviews of cleanliness and location. Our first evening there we noticed our feet were turning black from walking around the condo (we don’t wear shoes inside because we have 2 young children) it was a Sunday so I knew management wouldn’t send anyone until the following day and I couldn’t take how dingy it felt so I mopped myself. I had to mop the whole place 3 times to finally get the floors clean- there is NO WAY that the cleaners did anything but vacuum this place before we got there. As someone who runs my own cleaning business I would be embarrassed of the so called cleaning job done here. Then I started noticing more things the cleaners did not even do, dusting being included. The doors, walls, baseboards and most furniture hadn’t been dusted in a LONG time. The shower had mold spots in it, it also didn’t drain properly so you stood in a few inches of water as you showered which is pretty gross. The rugs were so dirty and dingy they felt yucky to walk on. I had to clean off the keurig myself even.
As far as location, it’s not a very quick walk to the beach.. if you use the bridge that goes over the road you have to use 3 separate elevators to make it to the beach, one set was broken during our stay so we were walking 3 flights of stairs with 2 young kids and beach toys. It honestly became easier to cross the busy 4 lanes of traffic than deal with the elevators/steps - which the traffic is another thing.
The pool and the lazy River were nice, we did enjoy that especially because crossing to the beach was quite the hassle.
The general location of the building is great as far as close to everything, but also extremely difficult to pull out of either direction because of the traffic along the road. It would take us over 5 minutes to even take a right out of the complex most times. The location of the room/condo itself is nice because it’s easy access to the pool.
The listing stated “the kitchen is stocked with everything to make a gourmet meal or even snacks for the day” yet there was nothing but pots, pans and utensils. And some oil. Just overall expected WAY more from this place based on the description and even reviews, but came out highly disappointed.
