About this apartment rental
The Highland Snug is part of the upper level of our condo at the center of Lower Highland (LoHi). Please note that the lower level contains another rental unit named the Snug Down.
The Snug provides an excellent live/work environment, steps from the most exciting neighborhoods in Denver. There are more than 50 restaurants within five blocks of the Snug. The Snug has a walk score of 90.
Located on Upper 15th Street, the Snug is a short walk or ride to Union Station, the 16th Street Mall bus, light rail, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Mile High Stadium, and downtown Denver. This Snug is at street level, so has easily accessed from and to 15th Street.
The Snug is a studio - 1 bath lock-off suite (about 600 sq ft). It provides a queen bed, bathroom with shower, dining table and a TV area with a loveseat. High speed Internet, basic Xfinity TV and all utilities are included.
The combination of a dedicated sink (with disposal), dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and hot air cooker comprise the "kitchenette". Please note that there is no stove/oven.
The upper level also includes a common living room, with a half-bath. This space has a desk facing 15th Street, which makes an interesting place to work while watching the everyday bustle on 15th Street. This living room and bathroom are available to both the upper and lower-level (Snug Down) occupants, and the owner.
One off-street parking space is included in a secure lot. Additional parking spaces are available for rent from the HOA at $150 per month. So close to everything that a car is not needed. Many interesting restaurants within one or two blocks of the Snug, with scooters and electric bikes available for use.
30-day minimum rental.
