Robert and Rosalie were such thoughtful and generous hosts! The space is much larger than we anticipated and there are actually 3 separate sleeping spaces (2 lofted beds + 1 trundle). R&R left out snacks, fresh fruit and flowers, water bottles and milk, and coffee and tea for us. The space is cozy and we appreciated taking suggestions from the guest book. Although there’s no bathroom door (there’s a curtain to the toilet) or AC, the space is still comfortable and we didn’t find these as issues for our stay in the middle of August (when it was like 95 deg out). There is an air cooler (swamp cooler) in the unit that also helped with cool air flow and the dry Denver air. Convenient location to walk to buses that get downtown or other places in Denver, also walking distance to a park and zoo. It’s clear that a lot of care and love went into the space, that the hosts listen to recommendations, and the hosts were so sweet to chat with and are the kindest people!

The host was fantastic—clear, thoughtful instructions made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The space was peaceful and quiet; we barely noticed anyone upstairs.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the heart of downtown and just minutes from everywhere we wanted to go.
Street parking was easy to find, well-lit, and felt safe.
Just a heads-up: this is a basement unit, as shown in the photos. While it’s comfortable, the ceiling height is quite low, especially if you’re over 6 feet tall.

Super spacious & clean space with easy, private entry and everything I needed for a quick trip to Denver. I greatly appreciated the coffee & abundance of snacks that were provided upon arrival. Plenty of free street parking. Great location that had some restaurants/breweries nearby and close to City Park and neighborhoods with plenty of bars & restaurants like Five Points, Uptown, and Rino. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

While the space is somewhat cramped, it makes up for it by being in such a great location for an affordable price! Whether you're planning to go to Colorado to visit the sights or go into Denver to check out the nightlife, this location is merely a hop and a skip away from either activities. There are great restaurants and breweries nearby as well within walking distance.
The host was also very accommodating and communicative. They left many snacks and items available that we were truly grateful for. Definitely recommend staying here if you plan on going out to see all that Colorado has to offer.
