20th Floor, 2 bedroom condo. Master bedroom has king bed and 2nd bedroom has a single bed. You are within walking distance to all downtown Denver attractions including Coors Field, 16th Street Mall, Convention Center, Lodo, Capital building, US Mint, train station, great restaurants and metro rail. Complex has 24 hour onsite security, heated pool and hot tub, underground reserved parking, gym, laundry, outdoor grilling area, dog park, computer & printer, beautiful common areas and views. Invesco Field is a short distance away by cab ($10.00), metro or bus. A grocery store is 1 block from building. 3 month min rental

The apartment was quiet and had a nice view. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The TV and internet both worked well.The only issues we had were with the building elevators being down (one of the two elevators was down for the majority of our stay), and the neighborhood is a little rough. Matthew was very helpful throughout our stay.

Condo has great views of Denver and very walkable to Safeway and restaurants. The building is old and a bit quirky but very clean, the first floor is nicely updated, and we loved the underground parking. When we had a question or concern, Matt always responded promptly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We were very impressed with the property and the neighborhood. The only thing that wasn't as we expected it to be was that the second bedroom is very small, and doesn't have a closet. But we made it work and had a great stay!

The apartment is remodeled with a view of the city. It is close to downtown and a convenient supermarket. In general, we got our money's worth.
