Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Other than the building not having an elevator, it was PERFECT!!! Probably not a place for older individuals or someone not in good shape. Walking up and down 3 flights of stairs was definitely a workout. Leaving something in your vehicle makes you reevaluate how important that item is to you. I apologize if there actually is an elevator and I missed it. I honestly didn’t look for one too hard. Anyways…. It’s centrally located to all of the fun parts of OC. Across the street from 2 of the 3 main OC bars/clubs. Several blocks away from route 90 for fast departure. Couldn’t ask for a better location.
The condo itself was great! Nice and clean. Nice size bedroom. Kitchen had everything I needed. Living room had a nice pullout couch. TV worked just fine. 2 full sized bathrooms with towels. Washer and dryer was a nice thing to have to wash my clothes prior to leaving. Nice northern view of OC from the back deck. Didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors. What else can you ask for???? It’s a nice condo for a small family or small group of visitors. And if you’re a fan of Seacrets….. ITS ACROSS THE STREET!! Just walk. No DUI’s!!! If I could afford this condo, I’d buy it!!

Our stay was great. The place was clean, close to everything. Very easy to check in and out. Will definitely book this place in the future.
