The popular building had a total exterior renovation in 2009: new exterior, doors, windows, sliders doors and more. The building is well situated on the oceanfront and each of the one bedroom, one and half bath units include a dining-living room area opening to the oceanfront balcony. You will enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean and beach while relaxing in your unit. Each kitchen includes all major appliances and each unit is well equipped with: washer, dryer, unit air conditioning and use of the off street parking and elevator. Condo was great, perfect for two adults. View was excellent daily. Be sure to bring your own TP, paper towels, and tissues. If you’re cooking, you’ll have all the necessary pots ‘n pans. This unit even has beach chairs. If bringing your own sheets, this unit has 2 double beds in the bedroom and 1 double pull- out bed in the living room.

I’ve stayed in OC many times for family vacations as a child and now adult. This was a great place! Nicely decorated and taken care of. Room was as described, amazing ocean view from large 5th floor balcony. Relaxing spot to be, didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. Would love to go back to this exact spot again! Highly recommend.
