It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

I love this place very spacious ! Plenty of room for a family ! You have a perfect view of coastal highway and the bay ! There is not elevator so limit what your bringing .

I booked this condo for a local graduation getaway for some of my classmates and I. The condo is exactly as pictured. The couch is so comfortable! And the whole place was super clean. A great location right next to Seacrets and across the street from a beach access. Highly recommend.

Condo was nice and clean. I would recommend taking your own sheets as the sheets on the bed were not comfortable. No wash cloths were provided. A portion of our party arrived first so they were able to tell us to bring our own. The towels weren’t the best. Only given one parking pass. For a unit that sleeps 6 people, most parties would be driving at least two vehicles.

We love the location (we have friends in the area and can get around to everything easily) but after years of staying without any improvements made (feedback given by us and other guests), we'd find more value elsewhere.
