Make sure to visit some of the entertaining nearby attractions, including Embers Island Mini Golf, Trimper Rides Of Ocean City, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Northside Park, Old Pro Golf, and Fenwick Island State Park. When you are not out exploring the city or sunbathing at the beach, take advantage of the community outdoor pool, which overlooks the Isle of Wight Bay. Your home away from home has a welcoming, air-conditioned open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Spread out comfortably on your favorite sofa and get ready for a tranquil evening at home planning your next adventures or playing games with the family. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and prepare a delicious homemade meal in the well-appointed kitchen. The waterfront balcony offers a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Additional on-site perks include a washer/dryer and two beach chairs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The outdoor pool is usually open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We were told to go to a lock box to obtain docs we would need. When we got there, there was nothing in the box with my name and no one was in the office, they had left early for the day. Called the number for property mngt., we were then told we didn't need to be there and could go directly to the property. Wasted 45 mins of my time, no refund, no extra hour to stay. It was off season in February, I feel they could have extended Sunday check out from 10 to 11.
The condo was fantastic! beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, kitchen is stocked with whatever you may need. Door lock was a little tricky. when you touch the keypad touch whatever numbers show up and then the whole numbered keypad will appear, then you can put in the unlock/lock code. No cable TV, so make sure you have your own streaming services username and passwords with you or watch YouTube. We would stay at this condo again but the property management company wasn't so helpful.
