Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really like the floor plan, finishes and location of this property (this is the second year we’ve rented in this subdivision). The only thing keeping it from 5 star is the internet access which is not very reliable (and is SO important in remote work), and minor issues on check-in (non-working gate code and fireplace remote needing batteries- not all the homeowner’s issues probably). We would happily rent this house again, if they sign up for better wi-fi. Thank you.

Clean. Nice furnishings. Would suggest waste baskets for the bedrooms and maybe a toaster oven. Overall an excellent vacation home.

This home was beautiful. So peaceful to stay here. Clean, uncluttered, spacious, modern—filled with every convenience we may have needed. The development was also spectacular—the pool and game room were our favorites. We will definitely be making this an annual vacation now. Thank you!

This community offers clean and comfortable homes. Great for remote workers and families on vacation. Easy access to kennbunks and Portland.
