About this house rental
25 White Elm Lane (No Pets)
Our home is perfect for a large gathering, or a family getaway! Complete with a private hot tub and 10 SHARC passes, you'll be living the good life!
Located centrally in Sunriver, you're just a short distance from Fort Rock Park, the Woodlands Golf Course, and the Deschutes River. You can reach SHARC and the Village by a quick drive or bike ride. (10 bikes provided)
We DO NOT allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies. No exceptions. If we are made aware that a pet has been in the home, YOU WILL BE FINED $1000
**We have been using a property management company (Feb 2017-Sept 2021), but just switched to VRBO.
The house has a great floor plan. One Primary Bedroom is on its own floor, while the other Primary Bedroom is downstairs with the other two rooms. The house has a cozy interior, with new soft carpeting and comfy furnishings. Step into the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, and grab a seat on the plush furniture. Read a book by natural light or turn on the new Samsung Smart TV for entertainment. Spark a fire in the stone hearth to get all warm and toasty on a stormy night.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make the perfect meal. The kitchen also provides plenty of counter-space, and a dishwasher takes the hassle out of clean-up.
Out the sliding glass doors is a deck with a gas grill, patio furniture, and a hot tub on the lower deck. Grill out here to the sounds of nature, and when it gets dark take a soak in the tub under the starry high desert sky!
There are four bedrooms and three baths, making this house comfortable for up to 10 people. The primary bedroom upstairs features a king-size bed, TV, and a full private bath. A primary downstairs features a king-size bed, TV, and its own full bath.
The third bedroom features a queen bed, with dual bedside lamps and a TV. The last bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds. A shared full bath is easily accessible by the downstairs bedrooms.
There's a washer/dryer for any laundry you need doing, and WiFi is available for your convenience.
**If you misplace a SHARC pass you will be liable to replace it.** $200
Make use of over 30 miles of bike paths throughout Sunriver, and ride through meadows, forest, and along the river. Stop at the marina to rent a kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddleboard for fun on the water, or stop at the stables for some horseback riding. Afterwards, grab a drink and food at the Village, or buy some last-minute ingredients at the store and head back to make a meal in your own kitchen.
Mt. Bachelor is the downhill ski destination in the winter, providing powdery slopes just a 20-mile drive away. Various sno-parks in the area have extensive trails for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. In the summer, all those trails open up for great single-track mountain biking and trail running. The group may appreciate a short journey to Benham Falls Trailhead, where you can glimpse the power of class-VI rapids.

We loved this home! Lots of space and very clean. The neighborhood was so nice and close to a lot of attractions. We saw deer around the neighborhood. So cute!

This house ended up being perfect for me and my 5 bridesmaids! Large table to seat all of us for games and wedding crafts! Comfy living room and open concept! The deck is so big and a beautiful scenery with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Close by a trail for walks! The bikes could use some TLC so we ended up not using any of them. Would love to stay here again!

Our stay in Sunriver was perfect! Our host was super responsive, and the home had everything we needed to make our son's 30th birthday fun and memorable. We were 6 adults, with 4 skiing Mt Bachelor. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and the hot tub was awesome! A very special place!
