This charming vacation condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury with its tropical decor and spacious layout. Situated on the second floor, this 1,350-square-foot unit boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. One of the highlights of this condo is its large terrace, which overlooks the sparkling pools below. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, providing a shaded retreat in the morning and partial sun in the afternoon, perfect for enjoying meals or a refreshing drink outdoors. Located within a gated and secure resort-style community, building L4 sits right next to the pedestrian gate for excellent walkability. This prime location ensures that guests can easily explore the surrounding area, making it an ideal base for a tropical getaway.

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk)
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.
All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.
Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.

We have stayed several times at the Pacifico at different unites. L407 was one of the best unit specially the location overlooking the lazy pool and the whole day we were able to use the balcony since the sun was never pasted us. The unit itself was very comfortable with nicely furnished.
We used there airport transfer very reliable service our driver was excellent unfortunately I don’t remember her name she was excellent.
We definitely come back and stay at L407.

This is a fantastic facility. The room was great and well stocked for our family of four. Enjoyed the pools and the early morning walks in the neighborhood and the fantastic sunsets from the top. Rich Coast was great at communication.

Everything about our stay was beyond expectations. The Rich Coast Vacation team made sure everything was perfect and really easy. They offer fantastic service and were always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. This condo, its location and the amenities it offers are incredible!
