Enjoy nice views while relaxing on the private balcony. This property is close to the beach and conveniently located close to the Ocean City convention center, as well as lots of local restaurants, shopping, and amusements. A short drive will take you to Ocean City's boardwalk, local casino, local parks, and golf courses.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The bedding situation is terrible. Primary bedroom has a double bed that is a terrible fit for a married couple. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, which is fine. The problem there was every time you moved an inch in the bed, the squeaking of the bed makes a loud squeaking noise all night. One of the twin beds is ready to fall apart. The headboard doesn’t seem attached.
There are 23 coffee mugs in the cupboards but only one frying pan!
Condo was not vacuumed and one toilet had black mold inside. They obviously did not clean the condo as they said. The floor in bathroom needs to be refloored. There was more black mold on the patio ceiling. The two bedroom carpets had so many stains on them it was terrible. The two tvs are the size of a computer screen, not very large at all. No chairs for the beach to use either.
