Salty Sands

The condo overlooked the ocean from the master bedroom and had an ocean view balcony. Very spacious and just a great place to stay. You can walk out of the apartment building and walk right onto the beach. We were given two parking spots (one outside and one underneath building). Would book again in a heartbeat.

Nothing really. There was an issue with the electronic lock and as soon as we alerted the property management, they had someone there to replace it with a brand new one.

It was located perfectly. Away from the noisy inlet part of OC. The beach was just like a private beach. The balcony was used a lot, every morning and evening. It was not decorated like so many ocean rooms are with parrots, a giant fish over a sofa or dolphins. It was tastefully done

Wish both parking spaces were in the garage together.

We were told we would have to show photo ID to prove age, so we expected a manned desk in lobby...we should have been told to go right to room... but a phone call clarified so we conveniently got in room with code. Master bedroom shower was great. Decor was beautiful and comfortable. Restaurants close drive away, and some in walking distance. Quiet zone made it pleasant. Beach close and views were fantastic.

There was not one sign saying Salty Sands, so some confusion we were at the right building. Main complaint was construction noise Monday and Tuesday as rails were replaced, major surprise and disappointment.

great location. awesome views…ocean front!!! spectacular! lists of room, very comfortable. Owner and property management were on point, responsive and helpful when needed. totally appreciated!!!!

construction early in the am (which was resolved by the owner). wi-fi wouldn’t allow us to watch movies on our laptop and we couldn’t connect to the tv.
