Nice place, very clean. Sone updates are needed, new pots and pans, the deck. But overall it's a nice place with alot of space. Neighbors are nice except 1. They don't like renters and said things multiple times to us even though she said we were being respectful. Made it uncomfortable for the kids to be outside. That being said, we would stay again

We have struggled with a location to host dinner for about 20 since passing of grandparents. Thankful to have found a place big enough for our overnight guests that allowed our day guests to visit without stress of "sleeps" limits. We had plenty of room to set up folding tables inside for both dinner and games. Looking forward to next year

A group of high school girlfriends get together once a year.The house was perfect for our getaway. Plenty of beds, towels, bathrooms and kitchen supplies. More paper towels and toilet paper to get started with would have been nice. Great location on the Lake. Very convenient.

We had a great time at Indian Lake with toddler's to 65+ for our 5 night stay. The views from the deck off the upper level were beautiful. Also a wonderful place to have morning coffee and sit through out the day! The location of this property is great, only a few minutes in the no wake zone until you are on the lake to enjoy boating, tubing, skiing and the sand bar area. The fire pit was very nice to have and enjoyed by kids and adults. The house space and bedrooms accommodated our group of 14 with no problems. It was great family time!!

The Lake house is everything you would expect it to be up at Indian Lake, it has many bedrooms to accompany your large group/family. We all enjoyed sitting on the upper deck watching all the different lake activities, but the extra bonus was seeing the Fourth of July fireworks across the lake. We would definitely be renting again.

Because my family lives in the Columbus area, we have been taking our family vacations close to home so the adults and older children can commute back and forth for work. We come to Indian Lake at least every other year. This is the largest and nicest home we have rented, here at the lake. The entire bldg was great. The beds were comfortable, everything in the house was in working order, and even though the 18 of us were loud at times, the neighbors were super friendly. The lake view from the deck was perfect… especially in the morning w my coffee.

The good: house layout and amenities were very nice. Beds and rooms are comfortable. The breeze and view from the deck off the lake were fantastic. The bad: the neighbors at the end of the street on the right are rude, nasty people. The little old man yelled at my sister in law about parking down there despite the fact the house owner states we can use it since it is public parking area. The boat dock is not usable. We damaged our rental boat while pulling into and out of the dock. Beware of the exposed bolts on the bottom front left of the dock.

Easy to get to, well maintained, with up to date appliances. Three full bathrooms were a definite plus. The communications with John (manager) were excellent. Fast response time for any questions I had. Would stay again.

The bathrooms were hard for seniors to climb in and out of. The bathroom in the basement needs a total overhaul. You need pillowcases, most of us had to sleep on the shams . We could have used another towel per person. The boat house couldn’t be used and we had to tie up to the neighbors dock. Nice view of the lake from the balcony.

The property was just like reported. We had plenty of room to accommodate us all. Wish we had a few more baking pans such as baking dish or cake pan. There were nice cookware and a very nice grill We loved to deck and the table area below the deck. Spent lots of time outside. We will be back next year for sure!

This was the perfect property for our family. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and common space. Great option if you want to rent a boat for your stay. We rented a boat and used the boat dock. Kids had a blast, fished off the dock! Fire pit is great to have in the evenings. Neighbors were all non-renters but very welcoming and friendly.

The property was OK, but the hot water was so hot that it was dangerous, the fan over the stove did not have a protective cover, needed more towels , additional bedding , blankets and pillows needed to be added, also, I think it should’ve had at least one hair blow dryer.

This house was perfect for our yearly friends weekend. The house is beautiful and well supplied. John was quick to answer any questions. The only downside is there is only parking for 4 cars and we had 7 because we came from all different parts of the state. Parking at the state park was not a huge problem, just a little inconvenient. Overall, an excellent stay! Getting ready to book for next year!!!

The house was amazing. I loved the wooden floors but also the soft thick carpet. My kids loved all the rooms and TV. The view was beautiful. The boat dock was compacted with weeds. With the lakes current weed situation it was not ideal for swimming or boating unfortunately. Once the weed part clears up we will be back again.
