Quaint home short distance to boat dock which we used regularly. Very nice that the dock has electric. Absolutely loved that our pup could join us. The outside deck allows lake view. The bath & shower are fine for active folks. As there is no wall or support it was unusable for grandma

Cyndi always takes wonderful care of us! The anniversary treats were delicious and very much appreciated. The property is adorably decorated, very clean, with great views & is cozy and relaxing!! We really enjoyed our short stay at Ptoobies! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the dock with lift was so convenient to have also! We enjoyed the large deck in the mornings and the hammock to rest in after the day on the lake! Plus the cookies she left for us were very good!

This was a cute little place. The host was awesome! She made us welcome brownies! Myself, my husband, and our adult son stayed. We brought along our 2 small dogs as well. We had a nice getaway close to the water. Location is great! We were close to the nearby beach, restaurants, etc.

My sister and I stayed at this adorable cottage to get away for a few days. The cottage more than exceeded my expectations. Sitting on the deck looking at the lake was peaceful and restful. The location to restaurants (I recommend the Cranberry Resort) was great. Cyndi was a gracious and very accommodating host and made it so easy to communicate with her. The treats she left (including g dog toy and dog treats went above and beyond.) She made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I recommend this cute cottage to anyone and we plan to go back someday. -Karen H.

I booked this adorable cottage because I was going to a dog show 20 miles away in Lima Ohio. Cyndi, the host, came over to check us in and chat. Delicious brownies and other treats awaited us along with treats for Highlander, our Gordon Setter! Cyndi was over-the -top friendly and informative! I would highly recommend this rental!!

This cottage was perfect for our weekend get away. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. It was also dog friendly so we got to bring our fur baby. The host was so sweet and accommodating and truly made our trip enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!

We really enjoyed the cottage! My very tall 6’4 guys (husband and son) did have a little trouble fitting in the shower and were a little worried about getting water everywhere, but overall I would give it 5 ⭐️! A minor thing that really only applies to very tall big men. Cyndi was incredibly kind, a fabulous brownie maker and even supplied us with extra towels and doggie toys. We found the cottage to be well stocked and had plenty of room. My husband and I had no trouble acclimating to a smaller bed, which was very comfortable, and my dog was able to stay somewhere with us instead of having to be boarded. I appreciated all of her lovely touches and beautiful decor. I would buy this cottage if I had the opportunity and the only thing I would change would be the shower (for my giant guys). Will stay again! The location was perfect for us! Quiet, familiar and two roads over from family. ❤️ Wonderful experience.

My brother and I take a weekend every year to go fishing together. Indian Lake was a good choice and the house was spot on the description. Connecting with Cyndi (host) was easy to answer any questions and the smell of the fresh brownies as we walked in was a very nice welcome! Though the water had an unpleasant smell, just running it a bit helped it to go away. Private covered boat dock with a lift? Wow. Nice rental. Friendly neighbors. Great fishing!

My husband and I were amazed at the gorgeous little cottage and all of the thoughtful touches left from Cyndi the host. She had made gourmet brownies for our arrival and there was a basket full of snacks and even dog toys for our puppies who had come with us. There were other thoughtful touches around the cottage, from a basket of soaps/lotions/shampoos, a fridge full of bottled water and lots of wood left for the fireplace. We had a wonderful few days and were sad to leave. I have already booked our second stay however! Would recommend 100%!

This place is wonderful. I have stayed in many VRBOs, and this owner truly goes above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. We stayed there for the eclipse, this was right on the center line! It was so easy to hang out outside, cook both inside and outside, and have a wonderfully beautiful experience. Lovely Cottage. The host was wonderful and quick to answer questions. She even decorated the cottage for Christmas. It was so charming. The refrigerator... well, you just have to see it. The host left brownies for us and wood for the fire. I think we will visit again. Thank you for a perfect New Years retreat. The area is very nice.. The house is accommodating for five people. There is nothing I can honestly think of that was even remotely dissatisfying.

It was just me and my pup for this trip. It was a wonderful trip and a picture perfect cottage to celebrate the holiday. We were welcomed with fresh baked brownies and a basket full of snacks, including toys for my dog! Everything I could possibly need, including firewood was there. I’m hoping to make this a yearly destination ♥️

It was perfect. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the full kitchen allowed us to cook everything. We had the right amount of space as teenagers can hide. It’s a great cabin. We enjoyed the large tub and the snacks. It was awesome to be allowed to bring Peanut who enjoyed many walks. We managed to have a fire even though it was pretty chilly. I’d love to go back when it’s warmer to explore the area more and boat. Cyndi was responsive for any questions and has made a cozy get away.

We had an amazing time staying at Ptoobies place! We were in town for a wedding shower and it was the perfect little spot to relax after the festivities. It is the coziest, cutest cabin with everything you need! She has done an amazing job maximizing the space. We were greatest with DELICIOUS baked goods, snacks, smores supplies and lots of bottled water which was so appreciated! Right across from the water as well! Highly recommend!
