Quiet and Cozy Lake House Cottage on Tecumseh Island! Perfect get away for couples/families. Amazing Location w/ surrounding lake views! Beautiful remodel, stylish decor. 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 7. Granite counters, recessed lighting, gas burning fireplace. Open the windows to enjoy the nice lake breeze. Amenities include sleeper sectional, 4K HD TV w ROKU and Chromecast, High-Speed Internet, Keurig Coffee Maker w/ complimentary coffee, microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, fully furnished kitchen.
Relax inside in front of the fire w/ large selection of games, DVD movies, 4K TV w/ Roku (1000s of channels, movies, and TV episodes) or venture out and explore the islands and all Indian Lake has to offer! House has plenty of parking to bring your Boat/Jetski's/RV. Public ramp/docks less than a minute from the house at Pew Island. Best location on the lake, steps from the water! Corner lot on Tecumseh Island. Kitchen is fully furnished. Launch kayaks/canoes, go fishing, take walks, ride bikes, or just enjoy the surrounding lake views from the bridge right beside the home. A short walk from the Pew Island Trail; a one-mile path that encircles Pew Island and offers a spectacular view of Indian Lake. Pew Island also offers public parking, boat ramps, public docks, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and fishing access. Also less than 1 mile from the famed Cranberry Resort, lakefront bar/grill.
Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. In order to keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following:
1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards.
2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave in strainer or dry and place in cupboards.
3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed in the large receptacle located in the driveway. Please do not leave trash on the front porch or in garage.

Mostly nice. Not very clean nor well kept. Outside was not even usable......chairs were all covered with spider webs and grass clippings. Outside was not pretty to look at. Plenty of nice looking rentals in the neighborhood.....this wasn't one of them.Would I stay again? Probably not. Would I recommend to friends? Probably not.. Get it cleaned up outside and do some repairs inside and then yes.
