About this cottage rental

Relax in a comfortable cottage at Newland’s Resort & enjoy beautiful Indian Lake under the shade of mature trees or on the warm sunlit grounds! It sits approximately 100 feet from the water. We are a channel front property that comes with a boat dock and have a boat ramp on site. We have campfire rings and grills. We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffees.
A large living area includes a leather sofa and loveseat with a 50" Roku Smart TV,
Spectrum, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. Kitchen area includes dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Porch area is screened in with a view of the channel.

Cozy cabin with direct channel access to Froggys and Tilton Hilton. Location couldnt have been any better. John was very welcoming and helpful. Will be making this my "go to" place to stay when visiting Indian Lake.
