Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.
The beach is calling at 62 Mooring Buoy! This sun-filled home is located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes, just a one-minute walk to the beach for toes in the sand. No crossing of streets, located on the beach path!
Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, there is plenty of room for the entire family. Relax in the light-filled, open-concept kitchen or great room. Enjoy multiple dining options inside and out, including a large, covered, screened-in porch! A beautifully adorned chefs’ kitchen is ready for your culinary creations. Enjoy a quick bite sitting at the kitchen island or formal dining at the whitewashed dining table.
Sweet dreams will greet you after a long day at the beach in your comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath! Located on the main level is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a beautiful no-threshold walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, and a dual vanity. Bedroom #2, just down the hall, has a queen bed and a bath with a shower. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, a walkout balcony, and an ensuite with a shower. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds that can be converted into a swing king and a tub/shower combo. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the Great Room.

• Total Home Water Filteration System.
• The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Thank you! We love this property. We just finished our third year in a row. Repeat stay should be enough for a recommendation, but if you need more, we enjoy all things here. Proximity to the beach is fantastic as you sit on the walking path. Yes, we bring beach bags, backpacks and coolers, but really, you can be back to the house in minutes from the beach. Property is always clean and well stocked at each visit. There are is no kitchenware that isn't provided. We are a group of six adults and there is plenty of space for the group, or if you need some quiet time with a book. Management company is always responsive to our needs. Thank you again and we look forward to next year. Our week is already booked!

House exactly as pictured. Kitchen was lovely and well equipped. Bedrooms all nice and bathrooms updates. Our two favorite things were the gorgeous screened porch and easy walk to the beach. Rental company was very attentive and a pleasure to work with.

We really enjoyed the location. The house is right on path to the beach and quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The beach location is fantastic, not busy and away from busy condo areas. The new pool was great for our 6 and 9 year olds, it is smaller than what we normally find at HHI. It was brand new though, so pool furniture was nice. The house has nice open spaces and fantastic enclosed back porch. Only complaint is we had no cold water filtered water in fridge and had to buy bottled water for the full two weeks. Smoke alarms had battery issues and woke us up 2 times at 4am in the morning. House needs updated and a good deep clean.
