About this house rental
Come enjoy this very private home with easy access to the beach and a single-level floor plan located on Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system!
The kitchen is upgraded with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything you'll need to cook for the whole family if you so desire. There is also an extensive bar/island in the kitchen with seating for five.
The living room is nicely furnished with comfortability in mind. The TV is a large Smart TV. The fireplace cannot be used by guests.
The Primary -suite has a king bed, Smart TV and en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a his/hers vanity along with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom contains a queen bed, Smart TV and its own guest bathroom down the hall. The first guest bathroom consists of a tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom is great for kids with its two sets of twin bunk beds. The second guest bathroom also consists of a tub and shower combination.
Just off the living and kitchen areas is the screened-in pool and spa along with a small deck with your own private propane grill walkway leading to your own boat dock (boats/kayaks not included). Set off Mooring Buoy road by about 100 yards and surrounded by lush vegetation, you'll get the privacy you desire without sacrificing distance to the beach. Just across the street from the beach access!
The spa and pool can be heated (June 1st- October 1st) for an additional fee.

This is one of the smallest rental homes I have been able to find in palmetto dunes, which is perfect for my family, along with the awesome beach access. We were disappointed that the steps to the dock were not usable due to storm damage right before our stay. A heads up prior to our arrival would have helped with that. Although we knew in advance, it is so crazy that the pool is unheatable after 10/1. Having a heated pool in the fall would be amazing.

It's a beautiful home but needs new beds. The mattresses are horrible and all of us complained every morning about bad sleep. Its like visiting a hotel. You have to do the basic pieces well for an overall good experience.
