Beautiful studio condo with a king size bed and pull out queen sofa, balcony with a lake view and full kitchen. Fun area for summer kayaking, paddle boards and swimming. Perfect winter retreat for nearby skiing or snowboarding.

Excellent location in Tahoe Vista/King's Beach area. The unit was exactly as described, no surprises. It was very clean, up-to-date, and well appointed; however, the building exterior was a bit dilapidated. The private balcony and lake view were pluses. The owner information sheet was welcoming and complete. We enjoyed our stay.

Host was punctual, friendly and quite detailed for arrival and stay instructions. The studio was spacious and very well updated. We would return in a heartbeat!
