Pros: This condo is updated with lovely decor and finishes- very high quality. The kitchen and bathroom are especially nice. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. There is a very small private beach area and we enjoyed being able to walk over and see the lake. Cons: The wifi was pretty slow and the road noise was very loud, due to how close the condo is to a main road. Open windows are a must in the summertime and I did not enjoy hearing all the trucks drive by. (You can’t hear it at all with the windows closed though- so really only an issue in the summertime.)

My wife and I stayed in the Sweetbriar Garden Suite in King's Beach for several days at the end of August and we both were disappointed. The beach was amazing however.
This particular unit is located at an intersection of two highways with a traffic signal. The vehicle and truck noise was horrendous. Without air conditioning, it was too hot to sleep with the bedroom window closed, so with the traffic noise, we had next to no sleep during our stay. The bed itself was no help as it was super uncomfortable.
Towards the end our stay, the weather turned bad so we left a day early. If any of the furniture in the unit had been comfortable, we would have stayed and watched movies or read a book. Unfortunately, that was not the case as the sofa, chairs, barstools, etc. were uncomfortable. The patio chairs were comfy! We will not be returning….
