We stayed here for a family vacation with our 3 teenage sons. It was a great accommodation- plenty of space, clean, and all the amenities. There were chairs for the beach. All the cooking utensils one would need. It was a little further from the beach than we expected but definitely within walking distance. I would recommend this accommodation! And would stay again!

Nice facilities and easy in-and-out. This condo is a little dated compacted to others at Sailmaker but it’s very comfortable and very nice.

Great location, steps from the 1/2 shaded pool with great trees, short walk down the path to the beach. Unit is simple and fine for a short stay with family, could really use some new mattresses that would be more comfortable and quieter for guests.

503 Sailmaker is a ground level unit just off the pool which is nice. It really needs some updating though, old furniture, dated decor, etc. Pretty old and dirty carpeting in the bedrooms...carpet at the beach is always an ish. Biggest concern for me was the black mold which indicates a water leak that isn't being addressed.
