Find a delightful island getaway at this newly renovated, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse, ideally located near the Ritz Carlton in the gated community of Summer Beach Village. You'll be mere steps from the pool and Amelia Island's beautiful beach and minutes from historic downtown Fernandina.

Step inside to find a combined living and dining room, an updated kitchen, a private washer/dryer, cable TV, free WiFi, and new furnishings, bedding, and carpeting that were added in April 2021. The second floor is home to a primary bedroom featuring a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a guest bedroom with a private bathroom. The shaded balcony sits among the stately live oaks that are found throughout the resort, creating the perfect place to relax and unwind.

THINGS TO KNOW
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
•Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
•Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
•Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
•Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
•The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
•Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location within the community. Private and close to the pool, and incredibly close to the beach. Great, updated, clean condo for our family.

This Sailmaker unit was advertised as “step inside” yet there was no mention of the 14 stairs required to get to the entrance.. Once inside the smoke alarm was beeping and we were unsuccessful in resetting it. After several frustrating calls to off-site maintenance (the local office was closed) a technician came and had to disable the alarm because he could not reset it. Then there was the broken window blind,, the broken frame on the screen door leading to the dirty balcony. Drawers in the kitchen that didn’t open because they were too wide, plus a broken drawer in the bathroom. On the plus side, after two nights in this unit, the management company agreed that the unit was unsuitable and moved us to another rental, which saved our vacation. This unit needs a serious upgrade.
