Two minute walk to the Beach
Your home away from home while you relax and enjoy Amelia Island. This newly renovated three bedroom two bath private home is in the gated Summer Beach community. Located on a beautiful, quiet tree lined street just a short walk from the beach or community pool provides all the comforts of home including SS appliances, granite counter tops, skylights, updated baths, laundry room and master suite. This house is perfect for family and friend gatherings.
Two separate living areas provide spacious comfort while enjoying time together. The living room is perfect for relaxing or reading and includes a sofa with full size pullout bed. The bright and airy den provides additional seating as well cable connected entertainment. Step out onto the pavered lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or the warm and breezy evenings.
The master suite includes a spacious, modern walk-in shower along with dual sinks and a large walk-in closet. A king size bed with fresh linens as well as towels are provided. A cable equipped television is conveniently mounted on the wall and out of the way. Plenty of cabinet storage and hanging space is provided in the walk in closet.
A second guest room includes a queen bed, spacious closet with hanging and cabinet storage, ceiling fan and cable television.
A third guest room includes twin beds and a spacious closet with extra hanging and cabinet storage along with a television.
Separate laundry room with washer and dryer as well as counter top for folding laundry. The dining room seats 7 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar. Granite counter tops and stainless appliances throughout the kitchen as well as a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensil, cutlery, pots and pans.
The property has access to a private community pool and is steps from the beach. A screened outdoor shower as well as beach chairs, beach umbrella, tent, bikes and beach toys are provided.

Our overall stay at the property was a good experience. 7 min walk to the beach through the community and a 15 min drive to downtown. Very convenient. The house has all the needs for the beach - chairs, umbrellas and towels. Would be nice to invest in a small wagon to tote it all as we had our hands full!Plenty of room to accommodate our needs. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. Enough space for us all to comfortably stay for 4 days. Owner was quick to send us all check in information and gave us some great recommendations. Couple of opportunities would be to replace the blinds in the twin bed room as they are worn and do not fully open or shut. Lightning is a bit dim throughout the entire house so a little difficult for us to play games but no issue if just relaxing. Overall would recommend this house as it was welcoming and spacious.

Excellent place for extended weekend stay while visiting local friends. Kitchen is well stocked as well as other usual items in the unit. Would definitely stay again
