About this house rental
Welcome to our Sugarbush VT chic and modern ski / mountain house in the woods. Recently renovated and always being updated! This is a family friendly, sorry not pet friendly, 5 bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bath home. We are 0.3 miles from Sugarbush Mt Ellen entrance, 3.5 miles from Sugarbush Lincoln Peak and we are on the Madbus ski shuttle route. We are just 3 miles from Sugarbush Resort Golf Club w/ public golfing for all ages and reasonable greens fees.
Enter the home through the front door to a spacious mudroom for coats, shoes, ski boots etc. You can continue to the lower level with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry room. Then head to the upper level with a perfect configuration for groups or multiple families with an open floor plan kitchen /dining / living area. Also on main floor is a designated office and 1/2 bath for your guests convenience. Back in the mudroom you will find the entrance to the loft suite with floor to ceiling windows, queen bed, large and comfortable sitting area and another full bath.
The lower level premier suite opens thru french doors to the pergola and fire pit for outdoor relaxation. Full bath right outside the room. There is another full bath and 3 additional bedrooms on this level including a Queen guest room, double twin bunk room and twin day bed bedroom.
The wonderful open layout including kitchen, dining and living room helps keep groups connected. The main area includes a working wood burning fireplace, large screen TV (Netflix included), sectional sofa, large dining area, newly renovated kitchen with waterfall island and stools and an abundance of amenities including Keurig, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, wine fridge and plenty of plates and wares for a crowd.
The house is 3 minutes to the base of Sugarbush Ellen Peak, 3.5 miles to Sugarbush Lincoln Peak and a short walk to the free Mad bus shuttle. You can also take a short drive into town to enjoy restaurants, Lawsons Brewery, movie theater, yoga, skating rink, grocery stores etc . The house is convenient to many local attractions but retains a private and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by mature trees and beautiful views out of every window.

Great space for a large group with multiple well furnished bedrooms. Stocked kitchen. Awesome location between both Lincoln and Mt. Ellen.

It was cozy and comfortable. Everything was well stocked from cutlery to firewood . We had fun and looking forward to visit again !

We were a multi-generational family staying at the house for a family wedding. The house was just as nice as the photos and the hosts could not have been more gracious. Everything in the house worked well, the kitchen was generously supplied, and the furniture and beds were all comfortable. The outdoor areas around the house were also great. We would highly recommend this house and are truly appreciative for how accomodating the hosts were.
