Right on the harbor in New Buffalo Michigan! Steps away from downtown. Awesome restaurants and shops are just down the street and few blocks to relaxing New Buffalo Beach! Great resort community, with a pool you will never want to leave. Let us help plan your vacation with our concierge services. Amazing adventures await you like wine tasting, breweries, shopping, farmers markets, restaurants, casinos, water activities, or just relax at the lake. We are here to help from suggestions to reservations. Your getaway will be amazing!
1. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules which are the sole responsibility of the guest.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The Maximum number of guests in the home is limited to 8 Persons unless approved by the owner.
3. Additional overnight guests are not allowed without the expressed written agreement of owners and may be subject to an additional per-person rental fee.
4. Please be aware that this is not a “PARTY HOUSE.” Please enjoy yourself, create beautiful memories, and take care of the home we love.
5. SMOKING/VAPING allowed outside only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you should move anything around please put it back where it was. RESPECTFULLY WHEN MOVING ANY FURNITURE PLEASE LIFT THE FURNITURE SO THAT IT DOES NOT SCRATCH THE FLOORS.
7. We make every effort to maintain an immaculate home for you to enjoy. To keep the carpets and floors clean and free from tons of sand we ask that you remove your shoes before entering.
8. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s peace and quiet.
9. Everything in the home and garage is available for your use. Please take care of our fun things to enjoy and return them where they belong before you leave. 10. The home is privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite

Our family of 4 had a great stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in downtown New Buffalo near harbor, and beach! We enjoyed also having a pool in the townhouse complex. Well stocked kitchen if you wish to cook, but we enjoyed the many restaurants within walking distance.

Just finished an amazing week in New Buffalo! Anchors Away is in a great location - close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. The condo had everything we could ever want, and the pool was a real bonus.

Loved our stay! Beautiful home, walking distance to everything, including beach, access to a beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood and harbor across the street. We loved everything!
