Lets start with the pros:The location of this property could not be better. Close to the stores, restaurants and beach. Being on a quiet side street with parking included was also very convenient. The backyard is amazing. The heated pool, hot tub and grill area was perfect for our family trip! The house is very well stocked. Soaps in bathrooms, towels for pool/beach, kitchen items for cooking. I texted some questions to the management team and they were very quick to respond and help. As far as constructive feedback:The house is older and the stairs are steep. Having little unstable kids with me was concerning. The a/c on the main floor was great. The a/c upstairs was harder to navigate. The room with all the beds has an in window unit. We couldn't get it it continue to run. It would reach the desired temp then the cold air stopped and the fan would continue. The other bedroom upstairs had an in window unit in the bathroom but not bedroom. That room got quite hot especially because there is a sky light. If you like to wake up with the sun - that room is for you! We only had one working shower despite having 2 bathrooms. The diverter in the main floor bathroom was covered in duct tape so you can only use the tub (which we did not use). One shower with 5 people was a challenge. We didn't spend much time IN the house. We used the location to poke around downtown and used the outdoor space often. All in all we enjoyed the trip.

Great location . Easy to walk to downtown and it other great shops, restaurants and the beach.
The house is an older home and could have used a little more deep cleaning.
Hot tub was a good addition.
