Great home-base for outdoor fun. Two of us and a small dog, easy access to grass and walk. Totally appreciate comfortable bed, couch, towels and even TP. Kitchen well stocked, extras, like seasoning, coffee was a nice touch. Fast communication and easy access in/out.

Absolutely loved that it was pet friendly and the location was perfect. It was quiet at night which made for a enjoyable stay!

An amazing stay! The location is spectacular. We love staying further up Hwy 550 and not in Durango proper. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil needed. Coffee was a nice perk! We used the got tub once. Temp was just right. Parking is easy, loading on the one side is also easy, no stairs. This rental is highly recommended. We plan to be back.
