Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Only thing we didn't have was our toiletry kit. Came 2 hours after check in. That was the only complaint. Other than that, the sinks in the bathrooms don't drain that fast. The place was clean, great location. The upstairs neighbors were heard all day and night. But you can't control that.

Outside looked so cute & clean. But it smelled like cat pee in certain areas around the complex, by the pool stunk. Our room was not mopped. The floor made our feet black. It was gross! The Couches were yucky pillows on them also. The lady in the office was useless.
