GREAT LOCATION FOR THE BOARDWALK FESTIVALS...CLOSE ENOUGH TO WALK... BUT NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CRAZINESS.

Condo was ready before check in and owner allowed us to check in early. Great location. Pool was cold but that was a good thing. I’ve been to a lot of beach houses and pool water is 85 degrees. Clean unit. Great parking. Free street parking for extra vehicles. Easy in and easy out. Would rent again.

The condo was great. It has been updated since the pictures posted. It is very roomy and great location to the beach and boardwalk.

This is a great location and it was nice. There were a few things that made me rate lower. First you can hear anything and everything. We heard the neighbors all night just having regular conversation, not yelling ect. Which meant you could hear everything outside too. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on ply wood. If you are coming just to go to the beach and relax this really is a great little place minus those 2 issues.the pool was a nice for the kids and there is a really great park a fee blocks down.
