Designed for ultimate relaxation, your well-equipped studio has a full kitchen and a TV. Spend days sunbathing on the observation deck, which boasts stunning beach views. Ample loungers invite relaxation in the sun. This conveniently located condo offers seamless walkability to restaurants, shops, and attractions while still in a tranquil setting. Thrill-seekers can schedule a parasailing adventure or rent a kayak to experience a different perspective of the Gulf. For even more excitement, downtown is less than 12 miles away.

Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and access to an on-site, coin-operated laundry facility. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are provided.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
