This unit had everything we needed, and was a perfect location in Pass a Grille. We are a family of 3., and we had plenty of room. While it is a studio type layout, the screen provides enough privacy to set off the king bed from the rest of the space, so our teenage son could watch TV after we went to bed.
It is really well-stocked. The bathroom had enough toiletries for the weekend. While we didn't cook during our time, the kitchen seemed to have all the necessesities. And the closet had tons of supplies for the beach, including chairs, and umbrella, rafts and more. We did have something minor that required us to contact the host, and he was very responsive and helpful.
Parking was incredibly easy. We followed the instructions, texted our information and got immediate confirmation.
The location can't be beat. Central to everything in Pass A Grille. As an added bonus, one night when we had the typical Florida downpour right around dinner time, we walked right next door to the Brass Monkey for dinner and stayed 100% dry.
Pass A Grille is an awesome town and it's great to see it most of the way back to pre-hurricane status.
We will definitely consider staying here again!

There was no beach chairs or umbrellas I did purchase some and leave them in the room

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at unit 35 particularly because of the location in Pass A Grille. The master bed was uncomfortable and the linen for the bathroom was scarce. The kitchen provided the bare minimum for meals but got us by.

Great little place close to the beach!! We have stayed in this unit several times. The unit is newly renovated and looks amazing. I would suggest a few more kitchen items for those who tend to do a little more cooking and possibly a new mattress or mattress topper for the king size bed. The only reason for the 4 ⭐️ otherwise a 5. We love everything this small little beach town has to offer. We always enjoy our time away in Pass a grille, until next time.
