This quaint home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and boasts a prime location just steps away from the beautiful, clear, sand bottom, spring fed lake. Nestled in the Ocala National Forest, this property offers endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, including biking, hiking, four wheeling and kayaking/canoeing. Ideally situated just an hour from Daytona Beach, hour and a half to Orlando and 20 minutes to Ocala or the Villages.

The home offers an open kitchen, large dining room, large living area with windows and sliding glass doors, that offer panoramic views of the lake, which lead onto the patio. There’s also a dock to fish, sunbathe, dine or just relax on!

The home is nestled just off the main highway in the middle of the Ocala National Forest, surrounded by a vast array of outdoor activities like canoeing, kayaking, biking, four-wheeling, and nature walks through forest and lake trails.
If you're looking for fun local activities and things to fill up your days other than the lake, head west to Ocala for the day where you'll find amazing spots like Silver Springs Park, wildlife and nature tours, ziplining, a shopping mall, golfing and some great bars and restaurants. Ocala is a delightful city just outside the national park and only a 20-minute drive from the home.
If the ocean is what you’re looking for, it's just about an hour's drive to the Atlantic Coast where you'll find the popular Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach just a bit further south. And if your Florida vacation allows the time to head down South to Disney World, it's about an hour and a half away to Orlando and the many Disney Theme Parks.

Owners of this lovely lake house are terrific! Very prompt on addressing renters needs. We loved staying here. Beautiful setting on lake. Large yard with deck liking out on lake. We enjoyed taking canoe and kayaks onto lake. Lots of shore birds including Sandhill Cranes. Drive to Ocala takes 25-30 minutes. No sidewalks to walk on but a f do oh can be walked on grass by side of road. The road is pretty busy.
