About this house rental
Enjoy our beautiful new lux home less than 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale. This 4 bed/4 bath 2 lavatory home has plenty of amenities: grill, shuffleboard, yard games, and multiple desks to work from home at! Watch the sunset at night with views of the mountains straight from the back yard or head straight out the backyard gate to the canal path for a jog around old town. Find hiking, golf, shopping, spring training, casinos, and amazing restaurants all within a quick Lyft/Uber ride!
We can sleep 12 people in our 4 bedroom home the layout of the rooms is below:
Master: King Bed and a roll away twin cot that is stored in the master closet
Master Suite 2: 1 King and 1 Twin rolling cot large tv – gaming system
Master Suite 3: 1 King and 1 Twin rolling cot, Large tv
Bedroom 4: 2 Full-size beds **bonus has a desk and chair to work at and a large TV in this room
We ask everyone staying at our home and any visitors to keep all cars parked in the carport/driveway we have spots for up to 4 cars in the driveway and two in front of the home. Any more than that we do not allow as we ask everyone to respect our neighbors and do not park in front of their homes.
