Backyard is an OASIS with fountain, pool, lush landscaping, lighting, and an abundant space to relax and lounge with a deep covered patio with ceiling fans and fireplace. Gourmet Chef's Kitchen is filled with stocked basics, large cabinet space, granite counters, walk in pantry and stainless steel appliances. Gated community with landscape and tree lined streets and round about with a massive fountain. Private neighborhood lighted tennis court. Walking distance to Scottsdale Fashion Square and more. Our Stay at this beautiful home was wonderful... We had a total 10 people staying at the property. The purpose of our trip provided us the opportunity to bond in person, being that we all live in different parts of the United States. The property accommodated us with much needed space and the amenities were phoneminal. Definitely would stay at this home again in a heart beat!

The Property is incredible. The Owner, Holly and her Property Manager, Quint , are truly interested in assuring that your stay is enjoyable. They are helpful and committed not only to the Property but to you and your family. We planned this trip to be with our three married daughters and our grandkids. The Property has five bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and three are upstairs.The Master bedroom is incredible ! All bedrooms have recently been redone. They are all comfortable. No problems.The kitchen is large and all appliances are new. Living rooms are great ! Large tv in main living room.The gem is the backyard. GREAT swimming pool and outdoor patio. Covered patio. Ceiling fans thru out the Property. We spent most of our time lounging in the outdoor living area. We could not get our kids out of the pool ! Sheets, towels and other accessories were brand new. Incredible landscaping. Large lemon tree in front of Property. Large garage. Property maintained incredibly. Everything is very clean and new. Location is great. Highly recommend this Property. Cannot wait to go back again next year.!
