- 3,200 SF with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, conveniently located in Scottsdale
- Primary bedroom closet was converted into an additional 5th bedroom with a king bed
- The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs and HULU live service, you may also log into your own online services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV
- 75 inch TV and electric fireplace in living room
- Every bed is a king bed with quality bedding and pillows
- Ping Pong table in the garage with AC
- Sonos in the living area for guest use

- Guests will have access to the entire property, except one side of the garage
- Guests will self check-in with a keypad at the front door

- Check-in time: 4:00pm Check-out time: 10:00am
- Early Arrivals / Late Departures: Available for a fee, pending availability
- Access: Home is equipped with a keypad and instructions will be provided at check in
- Spa Heat: The spa heat is included in the rental
- Pool Heat: Pool is heated to 85°F from November through April at no additional cost
- The pool is not fenced so please be mindful of children
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are available upon request
- Coffee: Standard drip coffee maker

- Parking on the street overnight is prohibited
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

It exceeded our high expectations! Our group especially appreciated having a bathroom attached to each of the four bedrooms - not easy to find. The hot tub was great, too. Any questions we had were answered right away. We had one special request - a large cooking pot - and it was delivered in a few hours.

The property is large and central. All communication with Luxekey was seamless. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was amazing for our group to feel settled in each of our private spaces. The common areas are large and wonderfully decorated. The home has ac and a sound system. Bedrooms had extra blankets, plenty of towels. Lots of games indoor and outdoor. We were really happy with this home! Greatly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Would love to return next time!
