- Primary bedroom closet was converted into an additional 5th bedroom with a king bed
- The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs and HULU live service, you may also log into your own online services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV
- 75 inch TV and electric fireplace in living room
- Every bed is a king bed with quality bedding and pillows
- Ping Pong table in the garage with AC
- Sonos in the living area for guest use
