This property had bed bugs, the customer service was poor, and we had to spend more to book a last-minute hotel.

The pool and the outside areas were nice. We would have really enjoyed our time here if the inside was free of bed bugs.

This property had beg bugs, which we noticed in two of the bedrooms on our first night. We had to vacate the property in the middle of the night to go to a hotel. No one answered at the phone number listed for us to call if there were any issues when we initially found the bed bugs, and no one answered any of my subsequent phone calls to the listed number; all communication was responded to only in Booking.com messaging. After much back and forth, we finally received a full refund for the booking, about 1.5 weeks after we informed the property of finding bed bugs. However, we did not receive any additional compensation to cover the costs of booking a hotel at the last minute.

Entpannter Aufenthalt in guter Lage mit Familie in Phoenix

Sehr unkompliziert, die Lage war für uns ideal, nahe am zentralen Kanal und in der Nähe des Camelbacks. Großer Pool, Jacuzzi, Tischtennis, großer zentraler Wohnraum und viele gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Viel der Ausstattung haben wir gar nicht benötigt, aber sie war da und gab Flexibilität wo man sich nicht vorher festlegen will oder kann. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat alle relevanten Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Zugang problemlos über einen individuellen Zahlencode für das Schloss.
