The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This unit has a large balcony overlooking the pool and direct view of the ocean. The unit is clean and very nice and we hope to stay here again.

Very dated property. Small TVs, to include one in family room. Good view from 3rd floor. Toilet ran and sink was clogged by they fixed it the next day. Vacasa did not update parking pass and we had to wait to get on the property, making us late for dinner but we paid 30 days in advance and provided all the information. Main bathroom had an old jet tub you had to stand in to use the shower. This is not a rental for older people since the toilets were low and there was a high step in to the showers. Very old furniture, and deck furniture was so low you couldn’t see over the balcony. If it was updated and cleaner, it would be a nice place. However, good location.
