No ice in fridge and no instructions on how to rent chairs or use property owners chairs at the beach

The view was absolutely beautiful. Access to the beach was easy. Super clean establishment. Pool and hot tub was excellent. The staff at the gate house were helpful and so nice.
Owner of each individual condo had to purchase a membership to access some of the amenities and unfortunately, our room did not come with that. So things like the club house, game room, club pool, restaurant, etc. was not available to us.
Also room boasted a pull out sofa bed in living room which there was not so our son ended up sleeping with us.
