Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo is showing its age but very functional. The bathtub should be fixed where standing water is not waiting on the next occupant and showing poorly, and there were towels that were stained that shouldn’t be continued to be used. Otherwise we love the Beach Club and the condo was very suitable.

This condo did not disappoint. Everything was clean and 3 adult women had plenty of room and could of handled at least 1 more. The only problem was the toilet in the master bath needs a new seat. Looks like one was purchased, but it is the wrong size and definitely needs to be replaced.
