Enjoy Direct Gulf/ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen area and, best of of all, the master bedroom! The Catalina tower at The Beach Club is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with an endless sugar white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico ocean waters as far as the eye can see.

Enjoy easy beach access by virtue of 3 boardwalks for the residents/renters of all buildings contained in The Beach Club. Your boardwalk will take you down over the dunes and in very close proximity to the umbrellas and chairs and not very far from the actual ocean. It’s so exciting,

There is a monitor in the lobby of the Catalina building that is constantly flashing information about flags and their meanings regarding the water, riptide currents, activities for children, and more. There are House Rules posted in the Elevator and as you travel up one of 3 elevators to the 12th floor, take time to read. From that floor, one can easilly glance toward the bay and see the water of Mobile Bay in the distance, but close enough for a breathtaking view.

Long-term (snowbird) rates are available for our good friends from the north and there's no better place to be than a full service resort for that MONTHLY WINTER VACAY! Please inquire about the HIGHLY discounted rates (50%) from November through February for LONGER TERM RENTAL.

This luxurious condo has a beautiful, large, private balcony for that favorite drink, dining and lounging as you look out upon an amazing ocean view and can be accessed by both the living room and the master bedroom.

Our beds are made with fresh laundered linens and comforters that are rotated and laundered with each new guest.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed along with a large "Bolen" convertible chair that makes into a sturdy cot/twin-type bed. The legs for the top and the bottom of the cot are inside zippered areas and are pulled out to make a super sturdy extra bed for one.

The second bedroom includes two twin beds as well as another large "Bolen" chair that makes into a sturdy cot/twin bed.

There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area and linens are in a plastic bag located in or near the TV cabinet; although I find falling asleep on that SUPER-comfortable couch most any time be to very easy. There are extra pillows in the closet as well as blankets.

Your amenities will include free Wi-Fi, Cable with lots of channels including 6 Showtime and 2 Movie Channel options, open floor plan, HDTVs, Roku on each of the 3 TVs, fully stocked amazingly large kitchen with full-size appliances and granite countertops.

We provide you a 7-1/2 ft wide beach 🏖 umbrella with “sand stand” and a couple of chairs for your visit to save money on renting those items. there is also a smaller umbrella which fits in the table on the balcony, though that is seldom needed.

You also have the benefit of contacting the owner of this condo 24/7 so if any incidents, questions or emergencies arise, feel free to contact me immediately, No matter the time of day or night. I want to hear from you!

There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living area. AND for that added extra flow of air, there are 2 floor fans, one in each bedroom closet.

There is a Pac N Play placed in one of the bedroom closets.

There is a washer and dryer in a laundry room just to the front side of the kitchen area. There are 2 stepstools if they are needed for reaching items that are high in the cabinets. There is a Iron and Ironing Board there also.

There is also a full size pantry for the kitchen that is in the kitchen hallway just beside the hall bath. Great for organizing lots of food items.

Our renters and guests have access to four pools with hot tubs at each Tower in the Beach Club (plus indoor and club pools/ see details) and including three boardwalks with showers that lead to and from the beach. Our guests will have access to a playground, charcoal grills, basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, and salon and spa. Our Beach Clubhouse membership will also include dining outside or in the restaurant called The Coast Restaurant and Sushi Bar. But make reservations super early because reservations are required as well as appropriate attire. The village Hideway restaurant is great for pizzas and burgers and such. It has been temporarily closed due to lack of personal as we all are dealing with but that should be remedied in short order.

We, as owners, are members of the Clubhouse and it’s private amenities that you may enjoy for a daily fee that covers your entire party. The additional amenities that can be purchased and with this fee, includes a fitness center, heated indoor pool, game room with free games, outdoor pool with Tiki Bar and Grill. When you arrive you may request a tour of the clubs amenities. There is ONE fee for your PARTY per day and it is paid in person at the club desk.

Beach activities includes umbrellas and lounge chairs which are available to rent for approximately $40 per day, the rates are determined by the clubhouse. There is parasailing, JetSki rental, and other beach activities available through the Clubhouse seasonally. If you carry your own beach chair and umbrella or tent, be sure to get to the side area and not directly in front of the rental beach umbrellas. Be considerate of others. 😉

There is a closet in the condo with a bifold door on your left as you enter the condo. There is usually a supply of boogie boards, beach and lounge chairs we try to keep and replace as needed. In the closet, you will also find the TABLE umbrella that goes to the table and chairs on the balcony. The BEACH umbrella and stand will also be in that closet.

When you book with us, which can be done thru “instant booking", the owner will send you information with all things you need to know for your stay as well as a personal door code which will only be usable during your stay and is changed upon your departure.
