SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas.
The Beach Club Doral 1408 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo on the 14 floor with a private balcony & a Direct Gulf View from the living, dining, kitchen area and the master bedroom! The Doral tower is located "Right on the Beach" at an upscale resort with a sugar white sand endless beach! As a guest in this condo, you will have access to the four sparkling pools with hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers, three boardwalks with showers that leads to the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, playground, basketball court.
D1408 has a large, private, furnished balcony with an electric grill for dining or sipping on something cool while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf! The condo amenities include WiFi, a cottage style open floor plan, sofa sleeper, a fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, a king master bedroom that adjoins the balcony and a private bathroom with a separate vanity area, a guest room with 2 full size beds, another full bath, and a wash/dryer. The owner provides a pack n play/crib and high chair. See pictures.
The beds are made with fresh white linen and a linen set is supplied for the sofa. There is a modest supply of bath linens and a "one day" supply of basic kitchen and bath amenities/toiletries. Please bring your beach towels, food, disposable paper goods, extra trash bags and detergents for the clothes washer & dishwasher.
Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

Property was just as described! The condo was the perfect location to the pool and beach. We thought it might be too crowded, with such a large building, but everyone was spread out well. We will definitely return!

Very nice resort, plenty of things to do on site. Location was on peninsula so wasn’t too busy which we really liked, pools and hot tub were nice. Loved the fireworks on Friday. We would stay here again.

The pool was great, The ocean was beautiful. The kitchen did not have a pizza cutter and the frying pans are so old and chipped it is unsafe to use. one of the doors was broken, the main bedroom light was broken and the guest bathtub was clogged. All of this was fixed in or after our stay. There was an extra charge for parking. this was not included in the initial rental.
